Paint Your Lagoon

The "Paint Your Lagoon" workshop is a guided painting experience set against the serene backdrop of Negombo Lagoon. Participants are invited to engage in creative expression while learning canvas painting techniques inspired by the lagoon’s natural beauty and cultural significance. The experience begins with an introduction to canvas painting and the lagoon’s historical impact on local artistry, followed by a hands-on session led by local artisans.

Participants will explore painting techniques such as layering, color mixing, and brushwork, using motifs inspired by the lagoon’s water patterns, fish, and lush landscapes. The event culminates in a community sharing session where participants discuss their artwork, fostering a deeper appreciation of Negombo's cultural heritage. Each participant will leave with a personal piece of artwork as a meaningful souvenir of their experience.

Transportation to and from the workshop venue

Cancellation Policy:

More Than 72 hours before the event: Full refund of the amount paid

48–72 hours before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee

Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund will be issued
